Excellent customer service. High quality broadband, and best value for money internet. OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY COMFORT AT AFRIHOST I was without Wi-Fi/ Internet/ WhatsApp for 20 hours. My 5 year old D-Link Modem (Router) packed-up. The fibre network at our home was installed by Vumatel but it is serviced by Afrihost. Comfort, a lady working at Afrihost provided outstanding customer service this morning. The old D-Link router was reset, various logins attempts were made and she came to the conclusion that the router had come to the end of its life. She quickly organised a replacement modem (at no cost to me) and offered me the option of having the new modem delivered to our premises or I could collect the device from Afrihost. I chose the latter as I was in a great hurry to get back to the internet. My WiFi/ Internet/ WhatsApp are now up and running and back to normal. What a relief! Kudos to Comfort who is very knowledgeable and professional and Kudos to Afrihost👏👍👌5 Star Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
