Support via the Afrihost's WhatsApp help - very responsive and patient whilst troubleshooting the internet connectivity on the router. Keep up the good work.

I've just connected with afrihost since this morning there helpful team and also octotel personnel has made me review and cancel my order with vodacom which I've been struggling now for a week and when I canceled it still showed pending. AFRIHOST ur website and whattsapp help team is awesome I spoke to Andile last and had to give him a 10/10. Also Stella with octotel is next level. Thank you guys now please help our Government and Eskom

I just had the best chat experience ever with Afrihost WhatsApp chat with a Lady called Nkosana. She answered every question fully, she explained things that I didn't understand. I'm exceptionally pleased with Afrihost as a product and with regard to their service. Thank Nkosana and Afrihost!

I have been struggling to find my verification code but Comfort to me through it, when I was done with that stage I was assisted by Themba K to confirm my order details and delivery very efficiently. I'm happy to be part of Afrihost.
